The Italian J80 Class Association and Fraglia Vela Malcesine are proud to announce the J80 European Championship 2010.
The most important 2010 J80 event in Europe will take place in Italy, Malcesine, on Garda Lake, from 21st to 26th of June, hosted by Fraglia Vela Malcesine Yacht Club.
J80 sailors from Italy, Spain, France, Germany, England, Sweden, Denmark, Holland and from all other European countries will have the chance to compete and to celebrate the new champions.

Fraglia Vela Malcesine has a great experience in managing international events and the race area is well known for the constant breeze (“Peler” from north in the morning, “Ora” from south in the afternoon).
Malcesine and the Upper Garda Lake are a natural area for sailing: Fraglia Vela Malcesine has been elected by the Italian Sailing Federation as the official site for training stages of the Italian Olympic Team.

Furthermore the Open Italian J80 National Championship will be held two weeks prior (11-13 June 2010) at the same venue: a great opportunity for J80 sailors to test Malcesine race area.
